Richard's pro-active and sensible approach to any items relating to my property are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. His professionalism is what you would expect to find in any business. It is a pleasure dealing with him.
I have two houses that I currently rent out. One is rented under JHY Realty and the other house is rented back in Australind.
Without naming the other Rental Agency the JHY Team are so far in front it is not funny.
The professionalism of JHY along with their very detailed inspection reports make your team a standout. The documentation when an inspected is conducted is easy to view, read and understand. Having photos attached to the report allow myself (as the owner) to see the house basically as if it was live. Any items that are detected during the audit are also dealt with in a timely manner.
