Commencing work in the real estate industry in 1999  as a sales consultant, Lee went on to complete his Diploma to obtain a Real Estate License in 2003,  and  with Eloise Jennings & Andrew Hopkins formed JHY Realty in 2009.

Lee has consistently been recognised within the top 5 performing agent for “Total Value of Property Sold” for the Busselton to Margaret River Region (as per REIWA records – showing his ongoing commitment to achieving the highest possible price for his sellers.
