How it works:

Anyone who lists and sells their property or refers a seller, exclusively with Team Jennings Hopkins by 28 February 2025 will be entered into a draw to win a $5,000 Hello World travel voucher and $1,000 towards settlement costs.

Promotion details:

Launch Date: Monday 2 December

Eligibility: Any property exclusively listed for sale through Team Jennings Hopkins from Monday 2 December 2024 to 28 February 2025; and which are either under ‘unconditional’ contract or settled by Monday 31 March 2025. Individuals who refer a seller who lists and sells their property under the above terms and conditions will also receive an entry into the draw to win a $5,000 travel voucher. Referrers are not eligible for $1,000 towards settlement costs.

Prize draw: Draw to take place and winner to be announced on Tuesday 1 April 2025. Winner will be announced on the JHY Realty Facebook and Instagram pages and will be contacted personally.
