Robyn Ramirez

Robyn is a career Property Manager with many years in all facets of real estate and brings a wealth of experience to the JHY Property Management Department.  Born in Perth Robyn moved to Busselton in 1977 after finishing her Ladies Hairdressing Apprenticeship. She owned a salon in Capel for a few years before starting a family.  Robyn commenced in Real Estate as an administrator back in the 90’s with a Busselton company and then obtained her Sales Registration  to become a Personal Assistant for a top selling Sales Representative at the time. In 2004 she opened  a boutique Real Estate office and successfully ran this for 16 years. During those years Robyn managed the office generally, assisted in Sales Management and  managed the Property Management department comprising residential and commercial rentals.  Most recently Robyn was senior Property Manager / BDM Manager in charge of close to 400 properties.

When not at the Office Robyn was volunteering (over a 15 year period) as an ambulance officer and at one point was secretary and chairperson of St Johns Ambulance Busselton. Robyn has three grown up children all living locally and seven grandchildren (almost eight). In her limited spare time she is a passionate supporter of her AFL team and loves to watch a variety of sports.

Real Estate is Robyn’s passion and she strives to build friendly but professional relationships with owners and tenants alike at all times.
