With extensive experience in real estate and as Manager of a large pest control company over many years Leanne is a born organiser and well understands the importance of contracts, conditions and deadlines.

Leanne’s responsibility is to manage the Listing Campaigns to ensure that the campaign deadlines and marketing timelines are set and adhered to;  that any property preparation,  staging and then the photographer / videographer are coordinated and that the whole process is seamless and stressless for our Sellers.

Once a Contract is executed Leanne will pilot the dealing from sale to settlement ensuring continued smooth sailing and constant communication through the process.  She liaises with our clients, financial institutions, contractors and settlement agents to ensure any and all special conditions are fulfilled by the stipulated deadlines. She will organise White Ant inspections, Structural inspections, coordinate Final inspections, and deal with maintenance issues if required on behalf of our clients and will ensure any extensions are executed correctly to maintain validity of the Contract.

Leanne along with Andrew Hopkins, Eloise Jennings, Ken Jennings, Lauren Branson and Amy Kenworthy is totally committed to working in our clients’ best interests at all times and ensuring the process is as stress free, dare we say even as enjoyable as possible.

One of Leanne’s favourite things when not working is caravanning with her family exploring particularly the South West and Great Southern parts of Western Australia.
