Leanne Verhoeff

Leanne has extensive experience in real estate and managed a large pest control company for many years. She is a natural organiser and understands the importance of contracts, conditions, and deadlines.

Leanne's responsibilities include managing the listing campaigns to ensure that the campaign deadlines and marketing timelines are set and adhered to. She coordinates property preparation, staging, and the photographer and videographer to ensure a seamless and stress-free process for our sellers.

Once a contract is executed, Leanne takes charge of the dealing from sale to settlement, ensuring smooth sailing and constant communication throughout the process. She liaises with our clients, financial institutions, contractors, and settlement agents to ensure that all special conditions are fulfilled by the stipulated deadlines. She also organises building inspections, coordinates final inspections, and deals with any maintenance issues on behalf of our clients. Leanne ensures that any extensions are executed correctly to maintain the validity of the contract.

In her free time, Leanne enjoys caravanning with her family, particularly exploring the South West and Great Southern parts of Western Australia.
