Emily Pickering

Emily is a dynamic and enthusiastic team member of our Property Management Department who provides valuable assistance to Senior Property Manager Robyn Ramirez.

Graduating high school in 2023 at Manea Senior College, Emily has lived out of home and rented so has great experience of the industry from tenants’ perspective. She brings empathy and understanding which combines seamlessly with her fresh perspective, local connection and youthful energy to make her a much valued member of our office and a great first point of contact for our clients.

Emily began her real estate career in sales administration in early 2024 and was enthusiastic to learn all facets of the business and moved to specialize in Property Management, carrying over her care for clients and passion for property.

In Emily’s spare time she loves to be with family and friends, exploring new places and enjoying long days at the beach.

Emily is committed to fostering positive relationships and ensuring that every client interaction with JHY Realty’s Property Management Department is marked with professionalism and care.
