EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBERS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING

“WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY?”

These details are provided for your convenience as your Property Manager is not available all hours.

Our Property Management Department is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

 

  • For any emergencies outside of these times, please contact the relevant contractor from the list below once you have determined that it IS AN EMERGENCY.
  • Please DO NOT get a friend or relative to fix the problem as the owner may not pay any associated charges.
  • Please be aware that if the contractor is required to come out of an evening or on the weekend there is generally an additional charge.
  • Upon attending the contractor will determine whether the emergency maintenance will be charged to the owner or the tenant – dependant on how the issue occurred.
  • If the maintenance is required due to any action or omission by the tenant then the cost of the repairs will be charged to the tenant.
  • Please note that you are only to call out a contractor in the case of an EMERGENCY. All other maintenance work is to be arranged by your Property Manager during business hours with all requests provided in writing to your Property Manager.

Examples of emergency maintenance items:

  • A burst water pipe
  • A blocked or broken sewerage system
  • An overflowing toilet
  • A serious roof leak
  • A gas leak
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • A failure of gas, electricity or water supply (please ensure you have paid your bills or filled the gas bottles first)
  • The failure of a refrigerator if it was supplied with the property
  • A fault or damage likely to cause injury to person or property
